I've been eating healthy and it's been making me feel good. For the past few weeks I went off track, but I'm back on it now (minus obvious cupcakes, but we all need a little indulgence some of the time). You just feel so much better when you're not filling your body with loads of junk food.
These have been my favourite things this week- tuna pasta salad, grapes and apples! I just bought some wholewheat pitta breads, which will probably be my new favourite thing for next week! :D
